P.B. Scott |
P.B. Scott is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and the principal shareholder of the Musson Group. His chairmanship extends to all of Musson’s subsidiaries and affiliates. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the Development Bank of Jamaica and is a former President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica. In 2017 he received the Order of Distinction Commander Class for his service to the business community in Jamaica and the Caribbean. |

Melanie Subratie |
Melanie Subratie is the Deputy Chairman of Musson (Jamaica) Limited, and is the Chairman and CEO of Stanley Motta Limited and Felton Property Management. Additionally, she is the Executive Chairman of the Musson Foundation, and the Seprod Foundation. Melanie is the Vice-Chairman of General Accident Insurance Company Ltd. and T. Geddes Grant Ltd, a director of Facey Group, Interlinc Limited, Eppley Limited, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund, PBS Group and all its subsidiaries, Seprod Ltd and all its subsidiaries. She is Chairman of the Audit Committee for Seprod Ltd, Interlinc Limited, and PBS Group. A keen angel investor, she is a director of First Angels, and a director of Bookfusion Ltd. Melanie is the 1st VP of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and mother to 3 teenage girls. |
Nicholas A. Scott |
Nicholas A. Scott is the Chief Investment Officer of the Musson Group and a director of Musson and most of its major subsidiaries and affiliates. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of Eppley Limited and Chairman of the Eppley Caribbean Property Fund. Nicholas also serves as the Chairman of the Student Loan Bureau. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. |
Sharon McDonald |
Sharon McDonald is the Financial Controller of the Musson Group. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Management from the University of the West Indies, an M.B.A from Northern Caribbean University and a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Walden University. |
Richard Pandohie |
Richard Pandohie is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Seprod Group of Companies. He has had a distinguished career as an executive at several multinational corporations in the Caribbean and Central America. Richard is the President of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association and a Director of Red Stripe Limited. He holds an M.B.A in Corporate Finance and Operations Management from McGill University and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from The University of the West Indies. |
Blondell Walker |
Blondell Walker is the Musson Group's Director of IT, in addition to her role on the Board. She fulfills this function right across the group, representing this functionality on the board of T. Geddes Grant, as a Director. Blondell has been with T. Geddes Grant since 1974 and has led the IT function at the Musson Group for over fifteen years. She has successfully completed the transfer of accounting systems right across the group in over 25 countries, in each business line, among the many other successes in this field for the Group. Blondell has pursued studies in Accounting and Systems Analysis at the University of the West Indies and has completed several programs in the field of information technology and advanced management studies. |
Michael Subratie |
Michael Subratie is the Managing Director of T. Geddes Grant (Distributors) Limited and a director of Musson and Seprod. He is the Dean Emeritus of The Consular Corps of Jamaica and is Honorary Consul of Bangladesh. Michael has served on several public boards including the Urban Development Corporation, Jamaica Urban Transit Company, Jamaica Railway Corporation and Montego Freeport Limited. He holds both a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. |
Sharon Donaldson |
Sharon Donaldson is the Managing Director of General Accident. She is responsible for driving its growth and for overseeing its prudent underwriting and risk management strategy inclusive of establishing the Company’s strong relationships with international reinsurers. Sharon has been with General Accident for over 20 years, first joining as the Financial Controller in 1989 before becoming Managing Director in 2001. In addition to her responsibilities at the General Accident, she is a Director of Musson (Jamaica) Limited. Sharon also represents the local general insurance industry in discussions with the FSC and chairs the Finance and Accounting Committee of the Jamaica Association of General Insurance Companies (JAGIC), the local industry association. As a past president of the Jamaica Netball Association, she also encourages the sport, which is popular among the local business houses. During her presidency, she actively promoted the tri-nation Tri Nation Test Series between Jamaica, a Caribbean team and one of the three top-ranking netball nations. Sharon holds an LLB from the University of London, and an M.B.A from the University of Wales. She is a Chartered Accountant, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and an Attorney At Law. |
Pedro Paris |
Pedro Paris is the CEO of the PBS Group. Pedro previously served as an executive at IBM and GBM for almost two decades. He holds a Business Administration degree from the Universidad Autónoma Centro America in Costa Rica. |
José Misrahi |
José Misrahi is a director of several companies within the Facey Group. Prior to joining Facey in 2006, he was Managing Director of a boutique investment bank from 2003 to 2006. José served as Vice President, Finance for the Cisneros group of companies from 1992 to 2002, a multinational with concentration in media holdings. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. |
Patrick Scott |
Patrick Scott is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Facey Group and a director of the Musson Group. He has worked for Facey for a combined total of 50 years in various roles, including Managing Director, a position he held for 16 years. Patrick serves on the Board of Directors of many companies, including P.A. Benjamin, Serge Island Dairies, International Biscuits and Serge Island Farms. He attended Seneca College and Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. |
Niall O’Brien |
Niall O’Brien is the Executive Deputy Chairman of Interlinc Group. He has over fifteen years’ experience in financial and general management across several countries in the broadcasting, telecommunications, property and distribution industries. Niall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ireland, and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. He holds an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
Jason Corrigan |
Jason Corrigan is the Chief Executive Officer of Interlinc Group. He has over 20 years' experience in strategic and operational management in information and technology sales, marketing, product development and business development. Jason has served on the boards of the Mona School of Business and the Digicel Foundation. He studied business management at the Dublin Institute of Technology and holds an E.M.B.A from the Wharton School of Business. |
